The Corporate Recovery Department provides specialist legal advice and assistance on all aspects of administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies, voluntary arrangements and LPA/Fixed charge receiverships. The Department is experienced In both contentious and non- contentious aspects of insolvency work, and has an established reputation for strong technical advice allied to a sound commercial approach.
The department comprises solicitors from a number of different disciplines including insolvency litigation, corporate, employment and property. This enables; the Department to provide a complete service to its clients, which include insolvency practitioners, lenders and other creditors, directors, distressed companies and individuals.
