Contentious Employment Work

The Department regularly deals with all types of claim pursued in the Employment Tribunal. Depending upon
the client's needs, the Department will run a Tribunal from start to finish (including representation before the
Tribunal) or, if preferred, deal with particular aspects of preparation. We always provide advice which takes
account not only of the merits of a particular claim but also the financial and HR implications of pursuing a case
to a full hearing. The Department is also experienced in dealing with interlocutory injunctive work arising out
of breach of restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses.
